The company LiaBella AB (Reg. No. 559512-4131) is registered in Hässleholm, Sweden.

Order

 

Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details of the products, prices, billing and delivery addresses.

If any information in the order confirmation is incorrect, you must contact us immediately at info@milabella.se.

 


Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so on the same day the purchase was made and before customer service closes. We cannot cancel any order that has already been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if an item is out of stock at the supplier or for other commercial reasons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged—or you will receive a full refund.

 


Delivery

 

Our normal delivery times are 5–8 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend are shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

Due to high volumes at the carrier, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding, as these delays are beyond our control.

Please note that additional customs duties and VAT may apply, as you are the importer of record for the product you order.

 


Illustrative Images and AI-Generated Content

 

We sometimes use AI-generated or digitally created images for illustrative purposes on our website. These images are intended to give a realistic and representative view of the product, but slight differences may occur compared to the actual appearance.

 


Delivery in Multiple Packages

 

When ordering multiple products, shipments may be split into separate packages and delivered at different times. This may be due to stock levels, supplier logistics, or other practical reasons.

 


Taxes, Duties & Import Liability

 

LiaBella AB™ sells products without Swedish VAT (25 %), as items are shipped directly from suppliers outside the EU.

By placing an order with LiaBella AB™, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the importer of record.

  • You may be billed import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees by the carrier.

  • You are responsible for these additional charges, which are not included in the prices shown on our site.

We recommend checking current customs and tax regulations with the Swedish Customs (Tullverket) or your local customs office before ordering.

 


Prices

 

We reserve the right to change prices in response to, for example, changes in purchase costs, currency fluctuations, or typographical errors.

 


Right of Withdrawal 

 

Under Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us at info@milabella.se with your name, address, email, order number, and which items you are returning.

  2. Return the products to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the items are well-packaged and in their original condition. We may deduct from your refund any decrease in value resulting from handling or damage.

 


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed health or hygiene products once the seal is broken (e.g., potty trainers, training underwear, outdoor potties, toothbrushes).

  • Sealed audio or video recordings once unsealed.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Services fully performed with your explicit consent to begin immediately.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food).

  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

 


Complaints & Claims

 

All products are inspected before dispatch. If a product arrives defective or incorrect, we will, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws, remedy the fault free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be made promptly after discovering the defect.

 


How to File a Complaint

 

Email info@milabella.se with your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect. If we cannot correct the defect or provide a replacement, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection laws. Approved returns due to defects will be shipped back at our expense.

We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the item is found not to be defective under applicable laws. In assessing complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

 


Limitation of Liability

 

We accept no liability for indirect damages arising from product use. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or supplier failures. We also disclaim liability for any changes to product features made by suppliers.

 


Product Information

 

We reserve the right for typographical errors and products sold out. We do not guarantee that images perfectly reflect actual product appearance; slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and photo quality. We endeavor to present products as accurately as possible.

  • Payment provider (Klarna): We share name, address, email, and phone. If you choose invoice payment, your personal ID number is also shared. This is required to process payments and prevent fraud.

  • Carrier (Postnord): We share name, address, and, if needed, email or mobile number for delivery notifications.

  • Newsletter provider (Klaviyo): If you subscribe, we share your name and email to send you marketing communications.

  • Right to rectification: You may ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund.

Guarantee conditions:

  • The product must remain in its sealed original packaging for hygiene reasons.

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from date of receipt.

  • You may purchase two units: try one, and return the other unopened if unsatisfied.

To use the guarantee, email info@milabella.se with your name, order number, and the product you wish to return.

 


Dispute Resolution & Choice of Law

 

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with our customer service, you may refer it to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden. Residents of other EU countries can file a complaint online via the EU’s ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Disputes concerning interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
